We had a wonderful stay at this place, it exceeded our expectations, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfy, and the room was spacious.

Friendly staff. The owner personally takes care of all the aspects and services. Best swimming pool around. Breakfast is not too versatile but only the best staff is there for you to enjoy! Great parking. Nice rooms. Once again: friendly family atmosphere, pool top notch - clean and big with wonderful view. Go there and stay as long as you can!

A bit difficult to find by GPS due to new road. There is a farm in the vicinity and some naturAl aromas reach the hotel once in a while. Staff fights that the best they can.

The hotel was a super base for enjoying a beautiful area, right by several tourist locations as well as the surrounding areas. I liked single room with super large bathroom. The staff was AMICABLE plus the location was handy and good.

This venue is located in a peaceful setting close to popular tourist spots like Orvieto and Gubbio, making it convenient and well-situated.

Very close to the highway. As there is the restaurant - option to have a dinner (we didn't try). Normal breakfast (bit better than in many other Italian hotels). Good price.

Corridors rather dark. Lift over-perfumed. Meals were slightly spoilt by over attentive, but well-meaning, service.

Outstanding Family owned and operated business. This was an excellent experience and highly recommended! Service was outstanding and food was by far near the best we ate in Italy!

Very clean throughout. Pool was very clean and quite large. Breakfast was typical Italian with bread, ham, cakes and yoghurt - plenty to choose from. Very friendly service.

Pool was a bit separate from the hotel and could be used by non- residents, but was just across the car park. Pool had quite short opening hours which was a shame as we arrived quite late and only got a quick swim.

This place is in a quiet location and an easy walk to everywhere, with a comfy family room and super large bathroom, a family atmosphere, and amiable staff who gave a few recommendations.
